How do you clean a half-face respirator mask?

I bought a silicone half-face respirator mask on eBay and its a bit dusty, and the seller said it was in his basement....so how would i go about cleaning it properlyHow do you clean a half-face respirator mask?
First remove any filter cartridges. If it is extremely dirty, you can always soak it in the sink. Avoid using any petroleum products to clean with.





A mixture of white vinegar and water (equal parts) will clean it without causing any harm to the mask. Then simply allow it to 'air dry'.





I clean my respirators, and even CPAP masks like this.

Disinfect disinfect disinfect!!! Use clorox wipes or lysoll wipes and maybe a bleach and water mixture (more gentle with water) and dont use it until your absolutly sure its clean
